Find True Rest and Leisure in Prayer

True rest and leisure is primarily found in prayer -- contemplative beholding of the one who is most true, good, and beautiful.

But we can also let our ratio rest in listening to sacred or classical music, by spending some time before a beautiful painting or landscape, or perhaps even by watching a sports game (hopefully, in person).

True leisure is important for our well-being.
When you are tempted to work even in your free time,
go against this desire by listening for the Lord's voice for five or ten minutes.
At least try some Mozart.
